Millison Management was founded in the mid 1940's prior to the establishment of the Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC).

In fact, the inception of the company dates back to

the operation of a country store on Cedar Point,

the present home of NAWC.

When the U.S. Navy came to St. Mary's County and

purchased this land for the future home of the Naval Air Station, Hiram Millison, purchased property across the

street from the Naval Air Station.  He relocated his

country store, planting the seed for what is now

downtown Lexington Park.

Larry Millison, Hiram's son, grew the company into a

successful real estate holding and development company.  Rachelle Millison, Larry's daughter, is the President and

owner of the company today.
